Who doesn't know the Matterhorn? Its majestic and unique shape has brought it worldwide fame. We circumnavigate it from West to East on its northern flank. Well acclimatized we climb the Breithorn to finish off this trip, it is one of the easier 4000m summits and maybe is going to be your first one!
Day 1
Meet in Arolla and hike up to the Cabane de Bertol 3311m.
Day 2
Glacier hike to the Tête Blanche 3724m, descent to the Schönbiel hut.
Day 3
Ascent of Äbihorn 3472m and descent to Zermatt.
Day 4
Cable car ride to the Klein Matterhorn. Climb the Breithorn.
