The mighty Aletschhorn is a remote and strenuous ski trip. For our acclimatisation we first climb its smaller twin, the Kleine Aletschhorn. The Grosse Aletschhorn really stands alone and provides us with breath taking views across the Bernese and Valais Alps and even to Mont Blanc in the distance!
Day 1
Early morning meeting at Blatten next to Naters, ascent to the Oberaletsch hut 2640m.
Day 2
Ski tour to the Kleine Aletschhorn 3750m.
Day 3
The high light: Gross Aletschhorn 4193m.
Day 4
Ski descent to Blatten and departure.
Treffpunkt
Our mountain guide will meet you in Blatten near Naters at the bottom lift station of the Belalp cable car at 8.45am.
