ABILITY LEVEL
Introductory:
You have some ski touring experience. The terrain is easy. You don't need to have any previous experience on glaciers.
Intermediate:
You have some experience in alpine ski touring and are used to ski with a back pack. The terrain may be interspersed with a few short steeper sections.
Advanced:
You are a good off piste skier. Steeper section are likely, as well as short sections of scrambling/ climbing on ridges. Previous experience using ice axe and crampons are an advantage.
PHYSICAL FITNESS
Easy:
3 to 4hrs of ascent per day.
Medium:
4 to 5hrs of ascent per day.
High:
6 to 8hrs of ascent per day.
